Terms & Conditions

To secure all reservations prepayment is required and will be charged to your nominated credit card at time of booking.   The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and date(s) previously selected. However, you may be required to pay some additional taxes upon arrival at the hotel depending on the local regulations in force. Only the amount given in local currency is guaranteed. Payment will be made via the guarantee card should there be no other method of payment specified to settle charges.

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours in advance of 2pm of the date of check-in. Cancellations within this time will incur the cost of the first nights’ accommodation. Certain reservations are governed by different cancellation terms & conditions as outlined at the time of booking. Any cancellation fee will automatically be forfeited and deducted from the reservation payment.  

Check in time is from 2pm. Upon arrival, we require a pre-authorisation on a credit card to cover incidentals & cover payment of accommodation if on departure no other means of payment is provided. If a credit card cannot be provided on arrival, a  $200 security bond & photo ID is required. The $200 will be refunded on departure after room has been inspected by management.

Accor has applied a 1.1% surcharge (including GST) on all credit card transactions made at hotel receptions and outlets. The 1.1% surcharge is the same, irrespective of type of credit card and will be applied to all bookings.

All major credit cards are accepted. If unsure please contact the resort to confirm.

On booking your accommodation your details will be loaded into our database to receive further promotional emails and will also be signed up to the Accor Le Club Loyalty program. The Accor Le Club program provides points each time you stay on an eligible rate, which can then be used towards further stays or voucher for any Accor property. If you do not wish to be included please advise our staff. 

The resort assumes no responsibility for loss of any valuables personal or business effects. In room safes are provided for you to use. We are not responsible for any articles left in your lodging or any motor vehicles.
